There's a rumor going 'round that Music Row wheels turn pretty slow(ly) -- now if only the city can keep the wheels on their cranes from going 'round and 'round the row then it will be well on its way to keeping what paved for the way for it in tune. Music Row is officially now named one of America's 11 most endangered places by The National Trust for Historic Preservation. But according to the nonprofit there IS a solution.

The National Trust for Historic Preservation claims since 2013, there have been 50 demolitions on Music Row—many of which have pushed out small, independently owned music businesses within low-rise historic buildings—to make room for new high-rise luxury apartments and offices that have no provisions or set-asides to serve the music industry.
